Camilla Arnold
Managing Director, Client Services

Our beloved and beautiful Camilla passed away on Tuesday 24th May 2022 after a long cancer journey. Her warmth, generosity, vivacity and humour touched the lives of so many and she was an inspiration to us all right until the end. Camilla stood for many things in her life – for justice and equality in the widest sense but particularly for the raising of women’s voices, for supporting those who find themselves in difficulty, and for helping people reach their potential and live a full life that makes their heart sing. For anyone wishing to send a donation in her memory, her family have chosen causes that reflect these things. Funds raised will be divided equally between Cancer Research UK, The Trussell Trust, The Fawcett Society, Young Minds, and the Vavengers. We will always be grateful for having known her and for everything she brought to TXG.
Camilla has over 17 years’ experience in executive coaching and specialises in behaviour change and role transition. Camilla is globally recognised as an expert in executive coach assessment, coaching methodologies and outsourcing executive coaching. Having already assessed over 3,500 coaches internationally she knows what she is looking for and only sources the cream of the crop. Camilla works with our key clients to assess coaching and development needs and matches the most effective members of the talent pool to address each of those needs.
Camilla started her career in Corporate Finance before moving into operations management and marketing with a range of organisations including an American property developer, an extreme sports production company, and a member of the Royal Family culminating in her role as Operations Director of Norman Broadbent.
Camilla also has expertise in working with people through key career stage transitions. She has written two books on the subject, “If Not Now, When: How to take charge of your career`’ (2010, Bloomsbury) and “Taking Charge of Your Career: The essential guide to finding the career that’s right for you” which will be published by Bloomsbury in January 2017. She has also run workshops for several leading European MBA schools on interviewing skills and career development.
Camilla loves learning new skills and expanding them outside of work; most recently she took on silversmithing which led to the production of the ‘Spoon of Wonder’.
